The staff were amazing. The room was amazing. I can hear voices from the next room sometimes.

The location is central. When we entered the room to shower, there was no water, so they swapped our room. Aside from that, everything was fine; the hotel is very good.

The hotel’s location is fine. I didn’t feel safe because of the housekeeping staff at the hotel, which manifested in my wife’s money being stolen from her wallet. I reported it to security. They only offered a small apology. I am waiting for proper compensation for the week of seven nights at the hotel, including spa, meals for eight days, transfers to and from the airport, and a $2000 pocket fee.

I was blown away by the flawless service, opulent vibe, and meticulous attention to detail that made my InterContinental Baku experience unforgettable. I just wish I could have stayed a few more days.

“Good hotel overall”

The location is fantastic—everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance, so we never needed a taxi. The rooms are quite spacious. However, the price‑to‑quality ratio leans more toward the higher end; overall the hotel is great, but I expected a bit more from the Intercontinental brand. Staff seemed a bit disorganized at breakfast and around the fitness area. The steam rooms were out of order and the maintenance technician was absent that day. The pool looked nothing like the picture—it’s much smaller in reality. Still, that’s fine.
