The staff were friendly and the rooms were nice, but the breakfast was terrible; the scrambled eggs or boiled eggs were cold and had been sitting too long, the sausage and bread selection was quite limited, and the coffee was also cold.

Good location, breakfast is good and plentiful, but there are many TVs in the breakfast room. The reception staff were very friendly. Everything was very clean.

I arrived a bit early at the hotel and was still able to check in immediately—no hint that I was too early or that there would be extra charges for early check‑in. The young lady at reception was very friendly, competent and accommodating. The room was functional and quiet. The location is perfect. Directly on Kienzepark, it takes only a few minutes to reach the city center. The breakfast offered only a few vegan options, just cow milk. During breakfast there were only a few staff members present whom you could ask questions.
