The direct sea access, the friendliness and efficiency of the staff were great, but the beds felt a bit hard. The staff at the Cape Nao restaurant, where we stayed twice, didn’t seem as friendly or attentive as those at the Mosaico buffet or the beach house “chiringuito,” who were especially cheerful, helpful, and fun.

I went for the hotel’s location, but what really stood out was the staff—they were amazing. The only downside is that I would have preferred a door in the bathroom instead of the curtain, which I feel reduces privacy.

A localização é ímpar. Dou um 10, pela simpatia dos colaboradores, algo muito raro em grandes hoteis. A limpeza no restaurante; entrea as tabuas da mesa, tinha residuos de comida acumulada a varias semanas, no minimo! Precisa de remodelacao urgente para o padrao e tarifas praticadas
