The room is very spacious and the bed comfortable. We could not turn off the air‑conditioning; when it ran and the windows were closed it smelled like chlorine. The suite faced the restaurant, so a constant ventilation noise was audible.

The room is large with a view of the golf course, the staff are very nice, and the sauna with scenery is beautiful; the pool is also nice but smells a little unpleasant. Breakfast offers many healthy options. We would like to stay again. The carpeted room and the pool both have an unpleasant smell.

The establishment is very well situated amid greenery, clean, and quiet. The staff are very friendly, kind, and available. The restaurant is excellent. A very nice discovery.

The spot is perfect for unwinding—quiet, green surroundings and the rooms stay that way, even when a party raged in the hotel we barely heard a thing. The hotel and pool area are spotless, and a leisurely stroll around the premises is a treat. Staff are super helpful and friendly, breakfast is solid, the pool and spa area are nice, and the massage at Serenity Bali was excellent. The bistro food fell short of taste, so there’s room to improve there. A bit of refurbishment would help, but overall the place is clean and well maintained.
