I was really let down by this place. The cleanliness was a major issue - there was dust everywhere, stained bedding, and the bathroom was a disaster. The room itself was a letdown too, with old, poorly maintained furniture. To make matters worse, the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping with any problems. They just didn't seem to care about fixing things or making things right. Overall, it was a pretty terrible experience.
