It was great that the station was close, and they accepted my luggage early in the morning; when I checked in, they had already placed my bags in the room, which was very helpful. After checkout, I could still leave my luggage there, which was convenient. The only downside was that the water bottle I tried to fill with the bus had hair in it, which was annoying.

The access was good, but the room had a slight odor—probably from the air conditioner. I think switching to a scented deodorizer would be better.

スタッフの対応は丁寧でよかった. ・所々汚れやカビが気になる ・トイレ・シャワーの壁に髪の毛が付いていて気持ち悪かった

I was pleased that the hotel was close to the Jr-Station, but the management was not very competent when we arrived, as we were given the wrong room on the 4th floor. We had to go through a complicated complaint process to get the Deluxe Twin Room we had booked. The breakfast was disappointing for the price, and over the six nights we only had one room cleaning.

The location is excellent, right by Gotonda Station with connections to many lines, and there’s a Family Mart downstairs. The room was pleasant, clean, and beautiful.
