“Nice location, but extremliy dangerous experience !”

The location was great, the ocean view was lovely, and there was a nice restaurant nearby. However, a driver from outside stalked me and the hotel staff didn’t help; even after I asked them to remove him, he stayed on the property and kept harassing me. The staff seemed scared of him, and it felt linked to the local transport mafia. I was wrongly accused of ordering transport when I only asked about the price, and the situation escalated into verbal abuse by Jeky for over 1.5 hours, with threats of physical violence and death. The hotel advised me not to leave for my safety, which made the experience extremely distressing and left me feeling unsafe and unprotected.

“This place would have been great 10 years ago”

The view was great, and the gardens still look good thanks to the lovely Balinese gardeners. On the downside, the place was dirty and dated, there was no staff, the breakfast was terrible, and the pool was filthy.

The place had a great location, helpful staff, working air‑con, and a nice big comfortable bed, but some guys were hanging around asking for money for photos.

“the room was disgusting. Mouldy, hadn't been deep cleaned in years.”

The location and the view of the waters outside the room each morning were nice, and the AC worked well, yet the sea‑view rooms we stayed in were full of mould; it seemed the bathroom had never been deep‑cleaned. The shower walls were stained, but I could remove the stains easily with body wash while showering, showing that no one had scrubbed that spot in years. Our pillows were also covered in mould under the pillowcase. After enough complaints and physically pointing out what needed cleaning, the staff finally did it.

“Aman Gati Rocks”

I loved the pool, the big room, and the comfortable bed. The location was superb right by the surf, and we could see every sunset from the porch. We had privacy yet still had the chance to mingle with other guests at the hotel. The breakfasts were enjoyable, and the restaurant building was spectacular with a perfect view of the surf. Nice flowers and everything was very tidy. The only downside was that they could add a floor on top of the building for people to hang out on.
