The place is picturesque, cosy and works well for a family of four. The owner was very helpful with information and let us leave our luggage on the day of departure. It would have been nice to have a top sheet on the bed as well as the blankets that were provided, because it got quite cold at night.

It was a convenient spot for a family of five. The homestay was clean and well equipped with basic facilities including a fridge, kitchen utensils, mugs & plates, a rice cooker, a frying pan & pot. The shower room and toilet are separate, which is more convenient. The dining area is just a few metres walk from the homestay and served delicious meals at a reasonable price. There are a few shops/stores about 3 km away if you need groceries. The hill view from the balcony during sunrise & sunsets was spectacular. 1. The drive to the parking area with Alza is quite steep, but we parked on the lower ground near the dining area. 2. There is a squealing sound when you walk around the homestay.

The view is superb, the location is close to the centre on foot, the house is a good size, the host is kind, and it’s quieter than the road. The comfort was rather basic: the sofa was very hard, only stools were available for seating (no chairs), there were no sheets under the blankets on the beds and they were sized for one person, even for the double bed.
