The place is pretty, simple and welcoming, surrounded by hill greenery and conveniently located for arrivals from the town and the highway toll. The owner was very kind and let us check in early as we needed to catch an important appointment in town. Parking close to the property is easy to find.

The setting is gorgeous, tucked in the green hills, and the farmhouse has been well renovated. However, the staff is thin, breakfast is subpar, and there’s a serious lack of cleanliness both in the rooms and around the property; the pool is empty. It’s only acceptable if you’re just passing through.

There is no cleanliness in the rooms, no towels and no changes. Breakfast is miserable.

The area is quiet and only 5 minutes by car to the sea. The cleaning is lacking.

The location is very close to the sea. The experience was awful: upon arrival I found my son’s clothes hanging on furniture covered in cobwebs and dust, and I told the owner who offered me a Spritz as an apology, which I never accepted. He claimed the staff didn’t clean the furniture because it was never used by guests, which is ridiculous; the cleaning never happens. The mirror frame had 10 cm of dust. I stayed with my family for 7 days and the linens were never changed. The owner was arrogant and treated his employee poorly, who only wanted to give me towels and toilet paper. Breakfast was poor, with no eggs or bacon and only a few packaged croissants. We wanted to use the barbecue with friends who were always there, but the owner told me I had to ask the caretaker, then when I replied “sorry, but you’re the owner” he got angry and said it cost 30 € to use the barbecue, even though the service was listed as free. The staff were rude and didn’t greet us, especially a Polish girl who answered our question poorly. The only kind person was a lady who prepared breakfast and constantly apologized for the service; she was alone handling everything. We had to wait a long time for a cappuccino, but I understood she was on her own.
