The staff were friendly, yet the room was warm and the restaurant service was slow.

I was close to family in the area, which was convenient.

Rooms. 1. We couldn't check in because the rooms were NOT ready even as a BONVOY memeber. 2. Rooms were automatically locked at 11 am and we were locked out. 3. They could NOT honor my request

The bed was super comfy, and everything in the hotel was spotless.
