“A gorgeous hotel with exceptional service”

We booked the private pool room for a special occasion and found it a great value: spacious, with a secluded pool area, an amazing view, and modern decor. The onsite restaurant served great food, and they arranged a small dessert with a birthday message on the plate for my partner. Breakfast could be delivered to the room, which was a nice touch. The location is convenient for the White Temple—about a 15‑minute walk—and they also offer a free shuttle, which we used because it was raining. A few minor details could push it to a 10: no pool towels for the private pool (not sure about the shared one), so the floor stayed wet; the shower only had a handheld head at an inconvenient height, forcing me to crouch or hold it; breakfast options were limited, and I’d have preferred the coffee shop menu; there was a separate bath and shower but only one bathmat, making the floor slippery; and the bikes and pedal boats looked a bit run down.

“Hôtel sympa pour 1 ou 2 nuits maximum”

The hotel is tucked away from everything, perfect for relaxing between two tours, and we stayed in a spacious room with a private pool. The whole room was damp, which is understandable given its proximity to the rice fields, and the overall upkeep of the facilities could be more thorough.

“Very cozy atmosphere and sincere staff.”

We stayed in a cottage that offered a fantastic view, and the staff were genuinely the friendliest we encountered on our Thailand trip. The restaurant was very good, with a pleasant evening atmosphere, and we rode bikes to the White Temple and around the rice‑field countryside. The cottages are a bit small, though fine for a two‑night stay, and the rooms are larger. The pool felt oddly placed next to the reception, yet it was a nice, small pool.

“Cottage tres confortable. Je recommande.”

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The hotel is just a short walk from the famous Wat Rong Khun (White Temple), and the city centre of Chiang Rai is reachable in 25 minutes. On weekends, small concerts or events are held on site, and there are two small pedal boats available for a lake stroll, with the option to buy fish food. A small suggestion: it would be nice to have a large and a small towel for women.
