I booked a room, drove more than ten kilometres to pick it up, only to find the hotel had already sold it to someone else; the staff tried to explain that they had sent a cancellation request, but I couldn’t read the message and they didn’t call me back. It was awful.

If you’re traveling, the place is convenient, cheap, and comes with all shower essentials, even a razor. I didn’t like that the climate control was confusing – I couldn’t set a temperature, only turn it on or off. At 07:30 I woke up to loud music and chatter from the first‑floor room, but after asking for quieter noise it settled down and I slept again. Overall, it was fine.

The room was nice, well‑equipped, reasonably priced, and had good soundproofing. It would help if they added an app for easier communication with guests.

Good value, friendly staff, and a nice coffee shop nearby. The young man at the desk could hold a bit of conversational English. A light in the ceiling leaked slightly, and the fix was to move the bed – it didn’t bother me much, but they seemed unconcerned about actually repairing it. Renting a motorbike was convenient, though it cost more than other places I’ve rented in Vietnam.
