The hotel is central, warm and cozy. The staff were rude: they handed me the wrong key, let me into an occupied room, then gave me a service room that didn’t match the price. When I raised the issue they moved me again, but how could they let me into a room that was already taken? The mattresses creaked with every shift.

Good location, right on the Huasca shore but keeps you out of traffic. I paid for a cabin, yet when I arrived I was told Booking had double‑booked and I was given a hotel room instead of a cabin. I think this is a upselling trick, because another guest who arrived later complained the same thing. The experience in a plain hotel room is far from what I expected for a cabin, so I don’t recommend it and wouldn’t return. They offered cancellation, but once I was there it was hard to find another place, so I had to stay in the room they gave me.

The facilities look nice, the rooms are cozy. But there are no amenities, so it doesn’t feel like a place you want to stay; you just want to leave because there’s nothing to do—no restaurant, no TV in the room, no room service, etc.

Hot water and parking. The beds were bad, there were no coat hooks or trash cans, the bathroom door jammed, hidden outlets, no TV, the area in front of the rooms was under repair, no fire pits, no snack or coffee service.
