The location is decent, close to two metro stations, and a 15‑minute walk to Montmartre; when we arrived, we were told the room had been changed due to electrical problems, the room was significantly poorer than described, lacking a microwave, iron, and the fridge was too small; one staff member was very rude, behaved inadequately, shouted, and was insulting.

The cleanliness and décor are good; the neighbourhood is too noisy, the room was too hot and the window couldn’t be opened because the street noise persisted until very late at night.

The location is very central, near Montmartre, the bed is nice, the bathroom is small but tidy, and it’s great that there were books in various languages in the room; the staff are very friendly, but the neighbourhood can feel a bit unsafe in the afternoon and evening.
