The property is a 2‑minute walk from Ashvem beach and several nice cafés. The room had a balcony and a small kitchen that was handy, and Simon was a lovely, kind, and calm host.

Simon was very friendly, the apartment was spotless and roomy, with solid Wi‑Fi and hot water, and the AC worked flawlessly; it’s just a 2‑minute walk to the beach. The fridge made a lot of noise, and the road traffic was loud too, but that quieted down once the doors and windows were shut and the AC was on.

Simon was a great host, and the room, kitchen, and bathroom were immaculate; the place sits just across from the beach, so it couldn’t be better for a stay. All was good.

We stayed at this charming, pet‑friendly house and found the wide sit‑out with lovely curtains a perfect spot to unwind, while the well‑equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze; the bedroom was comfortable and had a generous wardrobe for a good night’s sleep. Parking was ample, and the beach was only 200 m away. Simon and his warmhearted family were incredibly welcoming and attentive—when my son fell ill, they kindly offered us medicine from their own stash and bought food for him while we were out, making our visit truly memorable.
