They gave us a different room than the one we saw, and the bed sheet hadn’t been changed for 13 days.

The location is great, and the staff are available if you have questions; the room is clean and tidy, but my bottom sheet had a hole that wasn’t replaced during my stay. The mattress felt hard, and when I asked about a mattress protector I was told it couldn’t be added while I was there. Maybe the staff could ask guests whether they prefer a hard or soft mattress before arrival. There’s no proper place to hang clothes except for hooks on the back of the door.

The apartment in Battersea was very nice; I had a room with a street-facing window, so I didn’t hear the trains. I asked for early check‑in and it was granted quickly.

The location is very good and offers easy access to the city. Alfred is a very attentive person who answers any question quickly and resolves any issue rapidly, though the room was a bit dusty, but nothing extreme.
