The place is a total retreat surrounded by olive trees, with complete silence and calm.

This stay was outstanding: the property is gorgeous and it’s so well connected to the towns of Umbria, and it’s so peaceful. There was nothing that I didn’t like.

Almost everything was great: the location, the welcome, and Maria Grazia’s hospitality, plus a large, comfortable parking lot for all guests. The only drawback was that the room lacked a small “frigo bar” where guests could keep their drinks and bottled water—especially handy during hot summer days like this one in 2026.

The building is lovely, situated nicely among the olive groves. The room was cozy and the bathroom had just been renovated. Guests can use the kitchen, there are coffee pods, and a complimentary olive‑oil sample is provided. The host is friendly and helpful.
