They have a swimming pool and a key pond. And the staff helped me tremendously for a return ride to the airport,hours away. Its location on the north end of cochi island is a busy thoroughfare. It’s about 1/4 of Jaipur intensity. Also there was no breakfast

The location and courtyard are great, but the room interiors could use a facelift.

The location is in the city centre but there is too much noise; you can't sleep because the rooms aren't soundproof. The breakfast is mediocre and wasn't served in the morning when we arrived.

The location is fantastic, especially for Biennale fans, right across from Pepper House. Rooms are good sized and staff wonderful. Breakfast local food is great, the cook is excellent. The swimming pool is nicely sized for cooling after a hot day in Kochi.

The bedding is good, but it's too expensive for the service; the staff were unfriendly, I paid by card and they added an extra amount. The worst hotel in India.
