The stay was excellent, featuring a comfortable room, great facilities, and a convenient location, and the reception staff—especially Mr. Ishak—delivered exceptional customer service, being extremely welcoming, helpful, and professional, going above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of and making us feel very well looked after; overall everything was great, with no complaints.

The hotel’s location was fine, but the parking was the worst I’ve seen, as it was closed and I had to leave my car outside in the sun, and when I requested ice, the staff charged me for it, something I’ve never seen in any hotel.
