“Bom.”

The shower was good, the room was a decent size, and Camile was helpful, especially when I asked for a room change and she did her best. Noise was a problem—on the first night I already requested a room change because the rooms facing the avenue were very noisy; they should invest in double‑glazed windows. The breakfast was a major letdown: the staff at the café area and kitchen were clearly unprepared, we had to take coffee at alternating times, and even then everything was missing—coffee, fruit, bread, juice, etc., all below expectations.

The location is great. The linens smelled musty, the room needed maintenance (floors, walls, bathroom), the breakfast area was too small, and the hotel looked old.

The place was clean and the view was lovely, very peaceful. It was my second time staying here; the first visit had a fantastic breakfast, but they have now moved the breakfast area and the selection is tiny, the bread is stale and overall very disappointing.

The room and the leisure facilities were genuinely interesting and of good quality, and the parking was wonderful. The breakfast offered very few options, the location was fine if you’re staying at the hotel, and there were no tours.

“Aceitável para bom”

The location was convenient and I could use a free shuttle to get closer to the beach (I discovered it on my own, they didn’t mention it at check‑in), and there were two small malls nearby. The breakfast was extremely poor – I even gave up on it – and several things need fixing, such as the wardrobe doors, the power outlets, and the bathroom’s condition; the bathroom also lacks an extractor fan or a window.
