I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, despite some minor drawbacks. The location was excellent, in a lively and popular neighborhood, but it could be noisy due to the interior courtyard. The friendly and helpful staff, particularly the English-speaking wife, made a big difference. Considering the very reasonable price, I couldn't complain about much.

My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. Despite the comfortable bed and affordable price, the experience was marred by confusion, discomfort, and unprofessional staff. Before my arrival, I received messages in Indonesian, which I couldn't understand, but the staff assured me they had staff who spoke multiple languages. However, when I arrived, the front desk staff seemed to be laughing and shaking their heads, and I was left standing there unsure of what to do.
Unfortunately, the hotel was not aware of my reservation, and it seemed to be a problem with the booking platform. I was left standing at the front desk, unsure of what to do, and the staff seemed unhelpful. It was a frustrating experience, and I was disappointed that the hotel was not prepared to accommodate me.
