The place was very pretty and kept in great shape, I didn’t miss anything at all. The staff treated me like royalty, and the housekeeping on floor 11 were super helpful—thanks to everyone and hope to return soon!

The only good thing was the location. The hotel itself is old and rundown, and the bathroom has no shower.

The executive lounge was shut when I arrived, so I filed a complaint about that.
