A small operation with a very personal welcome. They run 16 tents, including a few large safari tents on a bigger plot. The smaller tents booked through Booking are scattered across a dune area and mostly lack shade, while the safari tents are shaded by trees. The hostess is very available and present. The tents have comfortable beds. The bathrooms are quite far, and with many empty spots left on the rest of the field during peak season, they’re probably insufficient. The reception at the camp store is also a long walk, and biking is tricky due to partially unpaved, sandy dune paths.

The location is wonderfully quiet and well‑situated. It was a bit annoying that the shower temperature couldn’t be adjusted; a slightly cooler shower is preferable when it’s warm, but the temperature was preset.
