The location is great even though there’s no parking space. The staff’s attitude, cleanliness, and service were disappointing.

The hotel is close to downtown. The online booking process was a hassle.

The place is very close to the beach and restaurants, and walking around the area is easy because coffee shops and stores surround it; the location is very convenient for everything. However, there was mold in the room—both the walls and the bathroom were covered in mold and dark patches. Only mobile phone data works in the bedroom; the hotel’s internet does not. I can plainly hear sounds and voices coming from the other room, so the partition must be too thin.

The hotel’s accessibility and location are good. Around 7:30 am, staff played loud phone music while hanging clothes outside the rooms, which was inconsiderate for those still sleeping.
