“I would never recommend this place to anyone. Wyndham should be ashamed of themselves”

Breakfast was not good; the cereal was something a child would eat—Fruit Loops or Frosted Flakes. Only white bread or a bagel was offered. The queen size mattress was placed on top of a King size metal bed frame, and the metal frame stuck out 6 inches on each side of the bed, making it very difficult to get into the bed. If it wasn’t so late I would have left to find another place, but I had already paid for the room so it would have been non‑refundable.

The Jacuzzi was nice, but the microwave didn’t work, there were roaches on fresh paint, the neighbor’s door slammed all night, the bus stop is at the front entrance, and the breakfast was awful.

“If we didn’t arrive at 2 o’clock in the morning, we would have definitely canceled.”

The breakfast was discussing, and the area was very dirty. The room was filthy with stains on the bed and furniture, bugs crawling on the floor, the hallway carpet was stained, and the smell of smoke was almost overwhelming.

“This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen.”

The price seemed reasonable, but this was the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen; the room was covered in filth and stains on the bed, bedding, floor, walls, and furniture, bugs were visible on the floor, the bedding had burn holes, and the whole space was yellow, cramped, and nasty. I didn’t even unpack; I immediately cancelled after realizing I’d booked the wrong number of beds and the staff treated me like an idiot. I left because the room was despicable; if it had been normal I would have switched rooms, but I didn’t even want to look at others. The property would be better off as an empty parking lot; the place should be shut down.
