“This day was horrible, and the sheets was dirty”

No one answered the phone, and the sheets on my bed were dirty. The fire alarm went off, and they couldn’t check if my children and I were outside the room. Front desk was empty, and the phone never rang.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing, and the staff’s help felt unprofessional—they spoke too softly and mumbled instead of clearly.

The room was great, and I was surprised to find a stove and microwave—if I’d known about those, I’d have brought some of my own food. The only downside was that the shower heads leaked and looked a bit dirty; the lever even popped out once, so it’s something that should be fixed.

I arrived at 11 PM with my elderly parents, only to be told at the front desk that the hotel was over‑booked by two rooms and we couldn’t stay. I’d booked over two weeks earlier, received no courtesy call or message about the issue, and no alternative accommodations were offered. Most places were already booked that night, and there was no accountability or communication from the hotel.

The price was good, but the pre‑payment requirement and the limited amenities were a let‑down.
