“Ok for the Basics”

Front desk and housekeeping were friendly and courteous, the rate was good, and the location decent. However, the hotel claims to be non‑smoking, yet the room smelled of leftover smoke mixed with cleaning chemicals. The sofa‑bed cushions were stained, probably from food, and the mattresses were too soft with uneven, worn sections. The bathroom had ants, the shower head was badly clogged, and water pressure was poor. The double doors between the room and living room didn’t close properly and had to be aligned just right to shut.

El desayuno estaba bien y las camas cómodas, pero encontré cucarachitas en mi cuarto, lo cual fue muy horrible. Solo estuvimos una noche; al día siguiente lo comenté y me ofrecieron cambiarme de cuarto, pero ya nos íbamos. Además, el área de la alberca estaba algo sucia y el jacuzzi no funcionaba.

“Good”

The hotel is a short drive from Disney and has plenty of nearby dining options, but the pool area was noticeably dirty.

“Good for a trip to Disneyland”

I love the breakfast, the location is close to Disneyland by car (less than 5 miles). It is close to the outlets, restaurants, and supermarkets. The staff is super friendly. I love the breakfast, it was varied and well organized. The look of the entrance and lobby is nice, it looks expensive. The lobby was very hot, the floors in the hallways look like someone tore the carpet and left the padding, it was not pretty. The hallways, the patio, and the pool area did not look well maintained. The room was clean, we have the suite and it was nice. We have good housekeeping in the room. Maybe the place was undergoing a remodeling or renovation but they were no signs of it.

“Overall a nice stay”

The breakfast was fine. Everything was stocked and fresh. The first room we were given the air wasn’t working so we had to change rooms
