Lotus Hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic time. The location is superb, just a 100-meter walk from the 7th circle Jett bus station, and the hotel itself is a new, lovely building. The staff were friendly, the rooms were quiet and clean, and the breakfast was great. The hotel also has a nice restaurant on site. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Amman.

Unfortunately, I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed when I arrived at the hotel to find that it was closed despite my booking. I had been looking forward to staying here, but it was clear that the hotel was not prepared to accommodate guests.

“Lotus does not exist. They have relocated to Seven Roses hotel, a block away”

My experience with this hotel was a bit rocky, but it ended on a positive note. The staff were incredibly helpful, and when I arrived at the old location, which was closed, they quickly arranged for me to be picked up and taken to the new property, Seven Roses Hotel. I appreciated the convenience of the location, just a 5-minute walk from the JETT bus station for trips to Petra, and the nearby shops and restaurants.

I'm actually reviewing the Seven Roses Hotel, as the Lotus Hotel appears to have closed down. My stay was generally pleasant - the bed was very comfortable, and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. However, I did experience some issues with the water temperature in the shower, and the security scanner at the door was a bit unusual.

“Nice hotel with excellent staff”

I had a great stay at this hotel, which is newly renovated and conveniently located just 50 meters from the Jett bus station - perfect for those heading to Petra. The staff were really helpful and friendly, and they responded quickly to our requests. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
