The location was great, just a few steps from Shin Okubo station and all the shops. The place looked a bit run down, which is probably typical for the price range and area. The futon mattress was hard from the start, and the pillows were even harder—felt like sleeping on big bags of rice.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfy, and in a handy spot near shops, restaurants, and train stations. Everything was easy to reach, so getting around was a breeze. Highly recommended!

Great value for the price! The staff were courteous, kept my luggage before check‑in and after check‑out free of charge (until my flight back to Israel), and the rooms were spacious and roomy.

The hotel was in a good location. Air conditioner worked well and room was clean and quiet. The staff was polite. The only thing I did not like was that my room had two small pillows. We had two adults in the room. I asked for an extra pillow and they denied my request, I understand they may not give out extra pillows but I think that is unreasonable
