The place was convenient, but the room’s poor sound insulation was quite annoying. The booking photos misled me—there was no ocean view. The duvet cover and plastic bed sheet were torn, and the bedding looked worn. There were no signs indicating how to use the air‑conditioning.

The spot was just 200 m from the beach, the staff were very welcoming, the rooms were spotless with top‑quality bedding, and the restaurant was a real gastro highlight. Nothing was wrong; everything was perfect.

Nice people. Nice pool. Nice hotel-terrain. Good parking in underground garage. Fast elevators. Good food in restaurant. Large room with pool and sea-view. Everything large. good TV, good bathroom, good balcony, good coffee machine, good Wifi. Only a 2 minutes walk to the beach. Longer walk to St.Jean-deLuz bay-view and beach and town. but a nice 30 minutes walk (along the coast, almost no traffic). Location is perfect for day trips to San Sebastian and Biarritz. right in the middle. Everything okay except for . carpet in the room. Carpet in the room with lots of stains in it. With a hygienic wooden floor this hotel could be a 10 out of 10. but this keeps it from being perfect (and carpet for us is always a reason NOT to return to a hotel, no matter how good it is)
