The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent! The chair lift was a one‑block walk away and the town was only a few minutes away. I will always stay here when visiting Nozawa.

The location in Nozawa is good and quiet. Breakfast was excellent. I thought it was a little expensive, and the floors were very hard, so we woke up with sore feet most mornings.

The views were good, and the breakfast and dinner were pretty decent. The only negatives were that there were only stairs to the rooms (no lifts) and the onsen was really small compared to other places; the futon was also very thin, leaving us sore after a few days.

I found the room comfortable, the breakfast tasty, the location spot-on, and the staff were genuinely friendly.

Everything was spotless, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the place had all the essentials; the breakfast that came with the stay was superb, and when we dined there for dinner it turned out to be a mouth‑watering meal; the spot was ideal, with cute cafés nearby and a ski lift just a two‑minute walk away, so I’ll definitely return; I only wish there had been a communal fridge and microwave.
