“Wel schoon maar prijs kwaliteit toch een teleurstellend gevoel overgehouden”
Breakfast was perfect and the room choice was great. The view from the room over the lake was perfect. The room was tidy, the beds were good, and parking is available at the hotel or under the accommodation. There is one charging point in the garage, but across the road there are several and many parking spaces, which might be a bit disappointing in summer. The bathroom is small but tidy and everything feels new. I took a photo from the balcony that is in the top five most beautiful photos of this vacation. In the area there are nice restaurants but they are very pricey; drive a bit and you’ll find a typical German restaurant with Bavarian dishes, prices, and friendliness within 5 minutes. The price for the room we received does not feel proportional. The reception was impersonal, the room was cleaned (clean enough) but the person in charge smelled strongly of sweat, which is unpleasant upon arrival. You have to take the luggage up a long staircase (to the room we had). The room is so small that two people must coordinate who sits where (one moves, the other sits on the bed); you enter the bathroom sideways. There is no chair in the room, and while we had books, the photos were misleading. Premium and Deluxe are the crux, so check the m² carefully when booking. The balcony is shared with neighbors who were happily smoking while the rooms were hot and you have to keep the windows open.
