The iconic hotel offers one of the most beautiful city views, huge facilities, and excellent leisure options; the spacious room with a stunning view is highly recommended! The only downside is the lack of 110V outlets, though a free transformer is available at reception.

The location is very close to Copacabana, reachable by Uber or Metro, and the beaches are very calm. The heated pool is lovely, rooms are comfortable and bright, and the hotel has been newly renovated. Beds are very comfortable and spacious. The front‑desk staff are friendly and professional, especially Mr. Caio or Cairo who resolved a small issue we had. The room amenities are very basic, there is no drugstore, and the café and restaurant have limited hours; room‑service menu is also sparse.

The new room has a good bed and pillows, a great shower, and the internal bathroom partitions are excellent. Lighting could be improved, not just with crooked bulbs. The shower’s water pressure should be regulated, but overall everything is very good. The only downside is the issue above.
