Everything was excellent, and the property itself was great.

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good and tasty, but the hotel sits outside the city center, and while it’s clean it’s really old and needs restoration.

Everything was just perfect at Sheraton Bursa – I couldn’t find any negative points at all. Nothing to add.

It was a wonderful experience at this fantastic hotel. The room was beautiful and the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were super helpful for any request, plus the breakfast was very plentiful. No negatives.

I loved the location because it’s close to restaurants and shops, but the cleanliness left something to be desired.
