Sagar Hotel JUST 5 MIN FROM GOLDEN TEMPLE

The room and bathroom were not clean, and the photos sent beforehand were misleadingly good. I was not satisfied with the property at all.

“Cheap and clean location not the best”

The staff were very helpful and the room was clean with hot water, but the location is right in the middle of a motorcycle repair zone and next to a main road, so it was extremely noisy.

There were lot of mosquitos in the premises and in the rooms.my daughter age 2 got rashes in body because of those mosquitos even entry of the hotel was full of water. 1/5 Stars I had a terrible experience at this hotel and would definitely not recommend it to anyone, especially families travelling with young children. The issues started right at the arrival. The hotel entrance was filthy with dirty, stagnant water pooling right where guests have to walk in. It left a horrible first impression and turned out to be a warning sign for the rest of the property. The entire premises were infested with swarms of mosquitoes. Because of this severe lack of pest control, my 2-year-old child developed painful rashes all over. It is completely unsafe and unacceptable for a hospitality property. To make matters worse, basic room amenities were ignored. No toiletries were provided in the bathroom, and we had to specifically call and chase down the staff just to get basic items like soap and towels. Overall, the hygiene standard is extremely poor, the service is careless, and the environment is a health hazard. Save your money and book elsewhere

Everything was nice except the room had cockroaches🤣🤣. Baby cockroaches. may be i will bring some with me in my luggage to jhapa too. Hygiene
