The apartment is located on a quiet street, 20 min from St Mark’s Square. Davide is very friendly and helpful. He got up early every morning for our breakfast! Thank you! The room was spacious with storage areas. Many restaurants are nearby.

The manager was unpleasant, constantly passive-aggressive, with a rude tone and an overbearing attitude. All toilets and bathrooms were shared, with no soundproofing at all. The rooms were cold. The property needs a makeover and investment; the renovation is clearly outdated. It seems the owner is focused on profit and ignores guest comfort. If you're a student needing a cheap spot to stay, it might work, but honestly there are plenty of other options in this price range that are more comfortable. The accommodation doesn't live up to its price.

David was super friendly, and the breakfast was just enough to head out and explore the city. The location is very close to the train station. The bathroom is shared, but it’s very tidy.
