The owner was very friendly and helpful. Nothing else; great price‑quality.

The location was convenient. The TV channels were not set up, so I had to ask for help the next day. There was no proper nightstand—just wooden boxes—no small bath towel, and the bathroom lighting was poor. Breakfast was pricey for the quality, and the meals weren’t listed on a menu but were good. We stayed three days, which offered limited choices and many items were out of stock. The staff were friendly.

The accommodation was basic with vintage fittings; it hadn’t been updated or sound‑proofed, which explains the price. The floors are not insulated, so the neighbors on the upper levels can feel every step, and people in the hallways don’t keep their voices down after 10 pm. The laundry room is next to our room, making it hard to get quiet when we try to sleep after 8 am.
