I stayed in a room that was cramped, with a small bathroom, and I asked for a room on a floor without stairs but the request was ignored. The location was bad and we didn’t get breakfast, nor was it offered.

The place is well situated, but the organization left a lot to be desired: the curtain was dirty and triggered my and my friend's allergies, there was no toilet paper or soap in the room when we arrived, and the parking spots were tiny; the staff on duty didn’t even try to help with parking.
