The pension was really nice, far from the city noise, which I definitely prefer. It was very close to Tropea, and the breakfast had scrambled eggs, which is rare in Italy.
All the staff were very friendly and pleasant to be around. They were meticulous and precise in attending to every detail for my gluten allergy.

The view was beautiful and the garden with the whirlpool was lovely. The food wasn’t good, and although the staff were friendly and helpful, they weren’t professional.

The location was spectacular, with a view of Stromboli and just ten minutes from Tropea, so we stayed calm and away from the bustle of Calabria’s pearl. The added value of the holiday was the little dinners prepared for us by the friendly Francesco and Adele, simple and quality cuisine. The only flaw I could find was that the room could use a few more hangers so we wouldn’t have to stuff everything into the wardrobe.
