The guesthouse sits in a good spot, near Karpacz centre yet in a quiet, peaceful area; the owner is very friendly, courteous, open, and always ready to help or advise. Breakfast is plentiful, tasty, and offers a wide range of dishes. However, the rooms are rather modestly equipped, mostly with worn-out appliances, and the entire guesthouse needs a refresh. Time has clearly passed in many places. Breakfast, while tasty, is quite monotonous, with the same menu almost every day with minor variations. The Wi‑Fi is available but of very low quality, suitable only for checking messages or emails.

The host is very pleasant and knowledgeable about local trails, mountains, cities, and valleys. The breakfast is king‑size and almost too much to eat. The balconies and fence give a huge impression.
