The location is gorgeous, the facilities are good but could use a bit of refurbishment, and the staff are attentive and friendly.

The traditional Tonkonan houses lined the street beautifully, the air‑conditioning and hot water worked fine, the room was clean and tidy, and there were both a massage place and a bar where you could have a drink, though the outlet next to the bed didn’t function—other sockets were fine, so it wasn’t a big issue.

The staff, garden, and pool are absolutely amazing – one of the best hotels in Toraja, a place I've visited many times. However, during our stay the swimming club was very crowded, making the pool feel overcrowded.
