The location near Ueno station is great, and the room is large enough for a family of four. No complaints.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the location was fabulous.

The location is great, all staff were fantastic and very helpful, and the English was excellent. The bathroom had a mouldy smell, but otherwise the room was great. The bunk beds were good and gave the kids some privacy.
