Price. Staff does not speak much english

It was extremely comfortable, yet despite having a plan that included meals, I was sometimes turned away at breakfast because they claimed I had no right to eat there.

Even though breakfast was included, I was stopped at the breakfast check‑in and told I wasn’t entitled to it, forcing me to go back to the front desk to sort it out.
