The beach is nice and close to the resort, but almost everything feels like the reception staff are a week away from retirement, they just hand you the keys and leave; the bed is uncomfortable, the food is always the same, nothing special, and in a five‑star resort you expect more.

The place was huge, so even with many guests you didn’t feel crowded; the sea was amazing and all the services were great, but the only let‑down was the quality of the dolmades at the restaurant, while everything else was excellent and the chef even prepared special food for my son who has allergies.

The resort is beautiful and all the outdoor areas are well maintained. The rooms feel a bit anonymous and dated for the standard.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, especially the Asian team, always attentive and made us feel comfortable. The facilities and rooms are quite dated and lack a modern feel; overall cleanliness could improve. Because the furnishings are old, they often looked or felt unclean. Although marketed as a 5‑star hotel, the room quality feels closer to 3.5 stars. The food selection was limited and repetitive—breakfast and snacks were almost identical each day during our 7‑night stay. Evening entertainment was disappointing and repetitive, mostly bingo, quizzes, and simple games, with few engaging shows or activities, which was underwhelming for a 5‑star resort.

We stayed for a week and it felt like heaven; the scenery was among the most beautiful we’ve ever seen, and the pampering was beyond measure. The food was delicious, the staff were always smiling, and the activities were super fun. The sports team and yoga instructors were especially amazing—our techniques left us feeling transformed both physically and spiritually. Huge THANK YOU GUYS! I’ll definitely return.
