The location was great, but the last three nights I couldn't sleep because room 203 had a faulty AC, a water leak, and the fan was extremely loud. The receptionist kept saying they'd change my room, yet nothing happened.

There was nothing particularly appealing about the place. The room felt cramped for two people, with a small bed meant for one that we both squeezed onto, and the staff came across as arrogant and unresponsive.
