“Heureusement que la petite ville est sympathique”
Aside from the receptionist who welcomed us very kindly and the convenient location near the center, the rest of the services were lacking. There was no toilet paper in the bathrooms upon arrival, the breakfast buffet felt very industrial, and it’s a 2‑star place, so we shouldn’t expect too much. The reception at the entrance wasn’t warm at all, it was the opposite. The walls are cardboard, so you can hear everything, and especially everything that happens in other rooms from 11 pm to 5 am; we would have preferred not to hear it. I do not recommend this hotel; I’m very disappointed. On top of that they charged me an extra €15 for the dog, which feels like a ripoff since the room had absolutely no facilities for it. I’ve stayed in higher‑rated hotels that charged less or nothing at all, and they still offered basic amenities for dogs. This hotel is not worth the price I paid.
