The place was well situated, yet the hotel’s service and condition had deteriorated; there were no towels in the room, tea and coffee condiments were missing, the TV was broken, the phone was unreliable, and I had to repeatedly ask for even the smallest requests.

“Never again”

While the location of this hotel was convenient, my stay was marred by the untrained staff and poor hygiene standards. It's clear that they could benefit from some additional training to provide better service to their guests.

My stay at this hotel was generally okay, but there were a few issues that detracted from my experience. The carpeted room I was in wasn't very clean, and I was charged an extra 1000 rupees for staying beyond the checkout time, even though there wasn't a rush of new guests checking in. It's not uncommon for hotels to offer a bit of flexibility with checkout times, so I was surprised by this policy.

I was pleasantly surprised by the politeness and helpfulness of the ground and kitchen staff at this hotel. However, my room was a bit of a letdown, with dirty bed sheets and carpet. Additionally, I was charged an extra 1000 rupees for staying beyond the checkout time, which I felt was unfair given the circumstances. I appreciate the hotel's efforts to be empathetic, but sometimes it seems like money takes priority.

I had a generally positive experience at this hotel, thanks to its convenient location and friendly staff, particularly Rahul, who was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was also good. However, there were a few issues with my room, including a broken lock and a dirty balcony. Overall, it was a decent stay, but with some areas for improvement.
