“Спокойствие, природа и прекрасна почивка”
The place had a lovely Rodopian vibe and cozy little houses surrounded by a lot of greenery. It could be even more charming with more flowers and a bit of renovation.

I enjoyed the outdoor pool, though there were wasps; the bedroom felt comfortable and the food was tasty. It wasn’t clear that many stairs lead to the cottages, so you end up climbing them several times a day to reach the pool, spa, or restaurant, which is a hassle when you’re in a bathrobe and flip‑flops. The path to one row of cottages is an unpaved dirt track, and the internal staircases lack handrails. Cobwebs were hanging from the ceiling in my room. The restaurant staff behaved unprofessionally, and the biggest disappointment was that there was no access to a water dispenser during dinner.

The architectural design of the hotel complex is very successful; the pools are pleasantly warm thanks to the hot thermal water, and the thermal pool is very enjoyable. You immerse yourself in Bulgarian culture, with friendly people, simple yet tasty food, and breathtaking scenery. We will come back.
The spa facilities were great.
The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel well cared for, the hotel was spotless and well‑maintained, our stay turned out very pleasant and relaxing, and the food was high‑quality, varied and delicious; we’ll certainly go back and will tell others about it.
