The location is strategic in Lima, surrounded by 100 parks, and this one sits in the middle of most 2‑ to 3‑km walks. Unfortunately, there are dirty travelers who mess up the mattresses; please replace the ones that are already worn out.

The hostel’s location and facilities are very good! We liked many things. I think there could be something to hang in the room, like a place for towels, etc. There are few storage spots in the room, which is fine, but I missed a spot to hang a towel.

The location is perfect, right in the middle of Kennedy Square. Lots of food options nearby, bus lines to many parts of the city, and I walked about 15 minutes to the Miraflores boardwalk. There’s an airport express bus stop right next to the square (I recommend taking a spare hour because traffic can be heavy to the airport, lol). Breakfast was good but basic; it’s served in a snack bar below the hostel with three menu options, but you can’t repeat. For food, I recommend the snack bar La Lucha, the restaurant El Toke Pez, and Picarones Mary. There are also markets and exchange offices nearby. The shower water was very good, hot, the bathrooms were private, and soap and shampoo were provided. Nothing negative, everything went well.

The location offers a nice park view and the staff were friendly. The owner listens to feedback: we had a ventilator. However, there was a humidity issue in our room: the smell was strong and the walls were damaged because of it (see pictures). We had to sleep with the window open, but the window faces the park, so all the noise was there. We didn’t sleep well because of these circumstances.

The peace and the treatment were great. The bathroom assigned to me was small, but another bathroom I saw was spacious. I didn’t like that the toilet paper dispenser in the small bathroom was not ergonomic; it’s stuck to one side of the toilet, making it hard to grab. Consequently, the paper holder is probably too small, as it’s below the dispenser. The dispenser would be better placed facing the user, freeing space for a larger holder.
