The staff was friendly, but the room had a strong mold and mildew smell, the cooling unit was disgusting, and there were visible mold spots in the bathroom and on the unit.

“Due to the mold and my allergies to it, I had to check out the next day and find a new hotel.”

Conveniently located off the interstate, yet the floor was permeated with smoke and weed odors, the room had mold, the window seal was broken letting in loud traffic noise, and condensation buildup was terrible—no clear view could be obtained.

“Stay here if you like black mold.”

The location was fine, but breakfast wasn’t continental, there was no coffee in the lobby, no fitness centre, black mold appeared in the bathroom, the AC unit and ice dispenser were contaminated, and the staff refused to give more towels when requested.

No hot breakfast was offered, unlike other Sleep‑Inns in Midlothian, and the selection was limited. The accommodation itself was acceptable, though the room I stayed in showed some water damage.

“Check in/check out was easy. Not sure if I will ever return”

It was close to two gas stations, the interstate, and there was a McDonald’s across the street. The room smelled terrible, the microwave was broken, the WiFi did not work, the window was falling apart, some stains on the bedsheets, there was a step in shower with no curb that was very slippery, there was an excessive amount of water on the floor because the shower curtain did not fit the shower, a terrible odor from the a/c. Also they only replace towels every 3rd day and when you must use your towels to soak up water it leaves you with none for the next day. The breakfast is not what the online pictures show. There is a waffle maker that does not completely cook the waffles, some sliced bread, bagels, mini muffins, assorted pastry in packages that were terribly dry, cereal. That’s all
